14-day return&refund policy
The kingdo Return&Refund Policy applies only to orders placed directly through kingdohealthy.com. If you made a purchase through an authorized provider please contact your provider to discuss your return.
1、Reject the order
If you refuse to accept delivery when the kingdo equipment arrives, you will receive a credit minus any shipping charges incurred by kingdo and a 20% handling fees (20% of the actual order amount). Once we receive the unit and have been reviewed and approved by our returns department, we will credit it to your account.
2、If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item(s). Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a partial refund (15% of the actual payment amount for the order, as the shipping cost portion).
If you keep any free gifts we will deduct this from your total refund.
3、Refund Policy for Used Items (if applicable)
If you experience unquantifiable individual perception conditions after using the product (such as sensitivity to heat or differences in effect that cannot be quantified), and you have a dispute regarding the product, please provide specific verification reports, such as medical reports of injury or actual impact (including but not limited to doctor’s diagnosis reports), and authoritative testing reports.
After negotiating with you, kingdo will process the return based on the situation. The refund amount will be subject to deductions: shipping fees (15% of the actual payment amount), handling fees (20% of the actual payment amount), and a product depreciation fee (20% of the actual payment amount) based on the negotiated results.
4、Warranty
From the date of receipt of the goods, we provide a 30-day replacement/repair guarantee for all sales. Your electronic order confirmation is your proof of purchase.
The user is responsible for ensuring that he has read and understood the terms of use. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, water damage, modification, misuse, or any damage caused by the user that may make your device unusable.
5、Return process
If you purchased from kingdo and want to return it, please follow the simple steps below:
①Please send an email to marketing@newdermo.com to obtain a return authorization number.
②.You will be sent a return confirmation email with a return authorization number.
③.Pack all components/products included in the original order safely in a shipping box.
④.kingdo will refund within 5-10 working days after receiving the product
Any costs incurred will be deducted from the total refund.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and process the return, we will notify you of the refund via email. It can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). The full refund will be refunded to the credit card (PayPal)used for the order--Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs (15% of the actual order amount) and handling fees (20% of the actual order amount),and Product Depreciation (20% of the actual order amount)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or Paypal account.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancel and modify orders
Once you place an order, you have 3 hours to cancel or modify your order. We are not allowed to cancel or modify your order once it has been completed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Bought the wrong product. If you want to exchange it for a different item, please return the original price (we will refund your original price when we receive the item) and then order the item you want to buy. You don't have to wait for us to receive the original product before placing a new order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marketing@newdermo.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Original Condition:
Hygiene and our customers’ safety are very important to us, we cannot accept the following back:
- All devices which are opened, used, or security seal is not intact, unless a money back guarantee applies. See further information here.
- Consumable items such as brush heads, cleansers, gels, patches, etc.
Faults:
If your item is functioning to manufacturer specifications, it will be returned to you.
We do not replace any consumable items such as brush heads, please do not include these in your parcel.
Responsibility:
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our returns centre, so please ensure they are packed securely and are well protected. Please also retain your proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return, the tracking number can be useful.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. In the event that we are able to locate the product, we will ask you to cover the cost to send this back to yourself.
Please contact our customer care team about any parcels damaged in transit, including good quality photos of the damage and how your parcel arrived. This will allow us to investigate with the courier.
Fair use:
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't seem right: e.g. if we suspect someone is using their devices and then returning them under a money back guarantee, ordering and returning frequently within 30 days, or the items returned don't match what they ordered then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts.
If you think we have made a mistake with this decision, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they will be happy to discuss it with you.
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact our Customer Care team. They will provide you with a returns form, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Note: In addition to product quality issues, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
kingdo's shipping fees are calculated as 15% of the actual payment amount, and the return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping or postage costs.
